Ki Gong Acupressure for Lung Strength

Dear Friends,

Just as you have, I too have been watching closely the updates and events unfolding around the Covid-19 virus.

I encourage you all to follow the CDC recommendations to avoid transmission:

  • Wash your hands
  • Don’t touch your face
  • Maintain distance from others
  • Do not attend crowded areas
  • Stay home

In times like these, is best to take a proactive approach to your own health and well being.

  • Stay hydrated and well rested
  • Continue to take your suppliments & vitamins
  • Exercise
  • Stay calm

Also, as an added benefit, I’ve created this short video explaining the Ki Gong Acupressure points to strengthen and protect your lungs. There is a short introduction to the 5000 year old method, followed by a full step by step demonstration that you may follow along and treat yourself.
