Health Coaching
New Client Package: Includes Discovery Session (in-depth initial session of 60-80 minutes) plus 6 sessions of 45 minutes each. ($50 per session, total of $300)
Returning Clients
Six (6) session package, each session will be $65. (Sessions are 45 min, total of $390)
Nine (9) session package, each session will be $60. (Sessions are 45 min, total of $540)
Single Session: 45mins – $70

Policies:
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the appointment,
otherwise you are charged in full for missed time.
Late: Please allow sufficient time for travel. There is no reimbursement or compensation for missed time.
* Cancellation/late policy applies also to treatments paid at treatment time
New clients: Please arrive 15-30 minutes early for initial consultation.
Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A written consent form must be signed by parent/guardian before the session begins.
