What does a Health Coach do?

A Health Coach provides guidance for all things Health related. We provide structure, help develop a Wellness Plan, and provide support for clients so they can achieve their health and fitness goals.

Through achievable lifestyle changes, a variety of goals can be addressed including: 

  • Weight loss 
  • Reducing stress
  • Building strength & stamina 
  • Improving nutrition 
  • and even helping to manage illnesses or injuries

Getting Started

Step 1: Free 20 minute call for an initial consultation of your coaching needs.

Step 2: New Client Package: Includes Discovery Session (in-depth initial session of 60-80 minutes) plus 6 sessions of 45 minutes each. ($50 per session, total of $300)

Returning Clients
Choose a package of sessions:

For a 6 session package, each session will be $65.
(Sessions are 45 min, total of $390) 

For a 9 session package, each session will be $60.
(Sessions are 45 min, total of $540)

Sessions are 45 minutes as either a Phone call, Skype, or Fitness center/Gym Meeting depending on the individualized Wellness Plan created.

Includes Email support and Occasional check-in calls

During Discovery Session, a fitness assessment may be performed to establish particular areas requiring attention and discussion to learn of the clients past exercise and medical history.
