Ki Gong Acupressure for Lung Strength

Just as you have, I too have been watching closely the updates and events unfolding around the Covid-19 virus.
I encourage you all to follow the CDC recommendations to avoid transmission:
- Wash your hands
- Don’t touch your face
- Maintain distance from others
- Do not attend crowded areas
- Stay home
In times like these, is best to take a proactive approach to your own health and well being.
- Stay hydrated and well rested
- Continue to take your suppliments & vitamins
- Exercise
- Stay calm
